Social Media analytics: making the numbers meaningful
Some people say curiosity killed the cat. At Create Digital we think curiosity makes everything better and allows us to analyze social media in ways no one has ever been able to before. It’s fair to say that we’re crazy about analyzing results.
There are tools that let you manually measure sentiment. They work well when you have 10,000 fans, but what about when you have 100,000 or a million? There are also automated tools that use automated scripts to measure sentiment, but they can’t account for the nuances of real conversations and human interactions.
We wanted to know how our clients’ fans felt about them, so we built a tool called Social Weaver from scratch. By combining efficient automation with human moderation, we can measure how your fans and followers feel about your brand, a social campaign you’re running or even an individual tweet.
